No guarantee of admission
Admission, eligibility, credit acceptance, seat availability, and academic placement are decided solely by the receiving institution and applicable regulations. ShiftEd does not guarantee admission, credit transfer, timelines, or outcomes.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate academic and personal information. Guidance quality depends on the completeness and correctness of the details you share.
Fees
Any paid services, scope, and fees will be communicated clearly before you engage. Website browsing and initial enquiry forms do not create a paid engagement unless separately agreed.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials belonging to ShiftEd may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShiftEd is not liable for decisions made by institutions, changes in policy, delays outside our control, or outcomes resulting from incomplete information provided by you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
